He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Mary; his siblings, John, Joe, Steve, Mike and Ethel; his siblings-in-law, Don Babb, John Anaka, Steve Gulka and Marie Pozniak; and his son-in-law Wayne Derkatch.
He is survived by: his spouse Olga Demyd; his children, Sandra (John Morrison), Allan (Rosemarie Kuzek), Gerald (Debora Woloschuk), Karen, Margaret (Mark Kochems), Shirley, Marianne (Reg Fogg) and Ivan (Monica Barabonoff); his siblings, Paul (Olga), Jerry (Shirley), Florence (George Bilan) and Sylvia (Roger Olynyk); and his sister-in-law Jenny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Dobrowody Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Fund, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Peter Pozniak.
