She was predeceased by: her husband William Rakochy; her parents, Metro Hryhoriw and Mary Hryhoriw (Yablonski); her son Ron; and her siblings, Nick, Mike, John, Bill, Steve, Alfred, Joe, Anne Boyko and Mary Rakochy.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe (Cheryl) and Cliff (Delores); her daughter-in-law Laurie; her grandchildren, Jason Rakochy (Vanessa), James Rakochy (Connie), Jeff Rakochy (Patience), Rhonda Clarke (Dean), Melanie Rakochy (Brendan Lally), Tara Stark (Trent Korchynski), Benjamin Rakochy (Danielle), Lauren Rakochy and Zachary Rakochy; her stepgrandchildren, Darin Churchill (Cindy) and Leigh Anne Ouellet (Ward Williams); her great grandchildren, Julian, Jack Rakochy, Triton, Jadlyn Rakochy, Colton, Makenna Clarke, Isaak and Levi Stark; and her siblings, Olga Fulawka, Lena Pura, Vicky Novakowski, Helen Bent (Howie), Peter (Linda), Paul (Jeanette) and Orest. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
