Olga Zawislak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olga Zawislak (Canora, Saskatchewan), who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Max Zawislak; her parents, Paul Kotyk and Fedora Kotyk (Pasternak); her siblings, John, Steve, Mike, Peter, Emil, Harry Kotyk, Mary Pura and Katie Melnychuk; her parents-in-law, Tom and Annie Zawislak; her daughter-in-law Gail Zawislak; and her siblings-in-law, Katie, Ann, Sophie, Jean, Mary Kotyk, Paul Pura, Klym Melnychuk, Walter and Bill Zawislak.
She is survived by: her sons, Myles of Crystal Lake, Patrick of Yorkton and Gene (Shelley) of Sandy Lake, MB; her grandchildren, Scott Zawislak, Rhonna Rodriguez (Gabe), Kendra Box (Kyle), Kirk Zawislak (Nancy) and Adam Zawislak (Deanne); her great grandchildren, Cole Zawislak, Gavin, Cohen Box, Teagan, Ryder Rodriguez, Ava and Rory Zawislak; and her siblings-in-law, Nick (Adeline), Dave (Myrna), Ed (Deanna), Orest Zawislak (Chrissy), Judy Guzak (Steven), Helen Pura (John) and Ollie McAndrew. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Ukrainian Greek Orthodox Church Choir, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Olga Zawislak.
