It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kurkowsky (Canora, Saskatchewan), who passed away on November 24, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Kurkowsky to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walchuk and Anne Walchuk (Kosar); and her siblings, Metro, Mike, Steve, Violet and Ollie.
She is survived by: her children, Genevieve of Yorkton, SK and Lionel (Val) of Kelowna, BC; and her sisters, Sophie Kozuska of Sturgis, SK, Eileen Gryba of Yorkton, SK and Iris Heshka (Gene) of Yorkton, SK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Yorkton & District Nursing Home (Country Meadows Recreation Dept), as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Mary Kurkowsky.
