She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dutchak and Helen Dutchak. She is survived by: her sister Valerie Wasylynuk; her niece Chantel De La Sablonniere; and her great-nephews, Xzavier and Atlas. She is also survived by her extended family, co-workers, friends.
