She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Bodnaryk and Agnes Bodnaryk (Babiuk); her sons, Gerald and Larry; her husband John Korol; and her siblings, Ann, John, Mike, Walter, Nick and Ronny.
She is survived by: her son Russell (Judy); her daughter-in-law Dianne; her sisters, Mary Bodnaryk, Alice Bates and Bernice Yarechewski (Alvin); her sisters-in-law, Rose Bodnaryk and Pauline Bodnaryk; her grandchildren, Jonathan (Naomi), Krista Tichkowsky (Tyler), Kimberly Zinn (Francis) and Heather Thieson (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Makayla, Kyle, Riley, Gavin, Inara and Luca. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Descent of the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Mazeppa, SK, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Lena Korol.
