Lena Kobelka Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2024, at the age of 101, Lena Kobelka of Canora, Saskatchewan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lena Kobelka to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Osachuk and Mary Osachuk; her husband Nick; her son-in-law Lorne Kish; her great grandchild Nicholas Brigham; her brother Nick; her stepbrothers, Johnny, Bill, Max, Steve, Mike and Paul; her sister Ann; and her stepsisters, Jean, Mary, Sally, Helen, Phyllis and Carol.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Derkatz (Keith), Phyllis Kish, Ron Kobelka (Martha), David Kobelka (Doreen) and Darrell Kobelka (Sherri-Jo); and her stepsisters, Ollie, Dorothy and Aggie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Canora Hospital Auxiliary – Palliative Care Unit, in memory of Lena Kobelka.
