He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Starecki and Julia Starecki (Macala); his siblings, Polly, Helen, Mary, Janet, Nellie, Elsie and Frank; and his sons, Michael and Terrence.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Julie Korchinski (Raymond) of Canora, SK, Pamela Wiwcharuk (Michael) of Snow Lake, MB, Elizabeth Chalupiak (Larry) of Canora, SK, Angela Morgan (Blair) of Telkwa, BC, Sheryl Toffan (Brad) of Canora, SK, Robert Starecki (Dagny) of Calgary, AB and David Starecki of Canora, SK; and his siblings, Walter Starecki of Thunder Bay, ON, Edward Starecki (Janet) of Saskatoon, SK, Adella Purcha of Surrey, BC and Bernice Stinka (Orest) of Alliston, ON. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
