He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Dutchak and Polly Dutchak (Gazdewich); his siblings, Elizabeth Ratushniak, Nellie Parnetta, Steve and Eugene; his brothers-in-law, Steve Ratushniak and Joe Parnetta; and his nephew Eugene Ratushniak.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Melnychuk; his children, Kimberley and Kevin; and his brother Orest Dutchak (Rosalyn) of Winnipeg, MB. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to CNIB or to the Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church Building Fund, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Joe A. Dutchak.
