It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Wade of Canora, Saskatchewan, born in Kingston, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wade and Laura Wade (Waddell); his wife Margaret Wade (Clark); his children, Michael Wade and Susan Thompson; and his brother Roy Wade.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Wade of Canora, SK, Dale Wade (Arlene) of Saint John, NB and Philip Wade (Christine) of Saint John, NB; his sister-in-law Nancy Wade; and his grandchildren, Steven, James, Amanda, Nikki, Nathan, Jennifer, Geoffery and Madison. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reid's Funeral Home (1063 Main St, Hampton, NB E5N5X9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reid's Funeral Home Chapel (1063 Main St, Hampton, NB E5N5X9). A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the All Saints Anglican Cemetery (1293 NB-845, Kingston, NB E5S2B7).
