He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Bork and Carrie Bork; and his brothers, Brian and Mervin. He is survived by: his son Jayden Bork; and his siblings, Judy Dyck (Ron), Shirley Beblow (Jerry), Gordon Bork, Joan Masley (Wade), Brenda Kozmanuik (Glen), Iris Grywacheski (Tom), Perry Bork (Norleen), Rodney Bork (Cheryl) and Fay Low (Ken).
