She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wozney and Dora Wozney; her husband Mike Kotyk of Canora, SK; her daughter Teresa Hrywkiw; and her brother Ernie Wozney.
She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence Kotyk (Margaret) of Cajiz and Jason Kotyk (Karen) of Saskatoon, SK; her son-in-law Lynn Hrywkiw of Estevan, SK; her granddaughters, Sophie, Madison and Katelyn; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Kotyk of Saskatoon, Adeline Shymko of Yorkton and Elenor Wozney of Yorkton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
