He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James Maxwell and Kaye; and his sister Shelagh Caulder. He is survived by: his wife Debra Pinkerton of Canora, SK; and his brother Ian (Margaret) of Norway House, M. B.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and his many friends.
