He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Koptie and Doris Koptie (Stetski); his sister Irene (Melvin); and his grandson Dakota. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Koptie and Kevin Koptie (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ashly (Clay), Jake, Chaylene (Shaun), Kevin, Tekena (Jesse) and Jared (Tianna); and his great grandchildren, Whyatt, Luke, Olivia, Lucas, Vanessa, Keyshia and Laura. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
