He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Kopec and Nellie Kopec (Pura); his daughter Patricia Kim; his granddaughter Kindra Marie; and his siblings, Rose (Paul), Anne (Halldor), Victor (Irene) and Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Kopec; his children, Teresia (Fedor), Sharon (Darrell), Myron (Syndee), Larry (Kelli), Bryan (Melanie) and Jason (Dannette); his grandchildren, Shelby (Lucy), Kyle (Jen), Chantelle (Jesse), Crystal (Jordan), Shawn (Dee), Rachelle (Clayton), Krystalee, Keaira, Kenzee, Durrel, Charnel, Tionna, Marley, Bryson, Braydon, Madison, Eden, Ava, Jaxson and Trenon; his great grandchildren, Mya, Addison, Brynn, Tucker, Jett, Bo, Aria, Gunnar, Jackson, Savannah, Brooklyn, Kennedy, Brendan, Emmalia, Claire and Josie; and his sisters, Katie Johnson (Bob) and Emily Kosar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Canora Hospital Auxiliary or to St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Albert Kopec.
