He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Fofonoff and Katherine Fofonoff (Katie); his sister Polly (Adam); his wife Mary Shuparsky; and his stepchildren, Donald, Cathy, Ernie, Jacquie, Janis, Donna, Leonard, Brandon, Tyler, David, Dolores (Gordon) and Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, Polly (Leniuk) and Fred; and his nieces and nephews, Ron Leniuk (Pat), Don Leniuk (Lois), Sonia Starling (Dave) and Carol Madarash (Russ).
