We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2019, at the age of 78, Claude Slogocki (Buchanan, Saskatchewan), born in Canora, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Slogocki and Pauline Slogocki (Fullawka); his parents-in-law, John and Anne Statchuk; his sister Adeline Germann; his brother-in-law Wally Germann; and his nephew Leo Slogocki.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine of Yorkton; his children, Todd Slogocki (Shawna), Troy Slogocki and Tara Dmyterko (Dale); and his grandchildren, Anabelle, Jonathan, Julian, Adrian and Eric. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Claude's battle with Parkinson's started 13 years ago.
