Chris Nelson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chris Nelson of Buchanan, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 6, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Nelson and Josephine Nelson (Parnetta); and his siblings, Doris Korman, Shirley Pankratz, Wendilen Sliva and Hank Nelson.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel Tratch; his children, Sheldon Nelson (Twila) of Calgary, AB, Shannon Unick (Dale) of Buchanan, SK, Sherri Roebuck (Scott) of Buchanan, SK and Sherwin Nelson (Sydney) of Lloydminster, AB; his grandchildren, Tyson Nelson (Alyssa), Dawson Nelson (Emily), Addison Nelson, Meekah, Declan Unick, Alaina, Linden Roebuck and Porter Nelson; his great grandchildren, Talia, Noah and Ivy Nelson; and his siblings, Diana Johnson, Debbie Slowski (Russell) and Darrell Nelson (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
