He is survived by: his wife Beverley; his children, Owen Winter (Bonnie), Cheryl and Cameron Winter; and his sisters-in-law, Elvina Winter, Arlene Winter and Loreen Winter. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
