He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bruce and Patricia Angeline Moffat; and his daughter Francis Harman. He is survived by: his aunt Etta Ulmer; his children, Trish McArthur and Robert Moffat; his siblings, Grace Lund and Gary Moffat (Jean); and his close friends, Brian Hoffart (Sylvia), Howard Fonos (Norine), Kenneth Doucette (Ruth) and Dick Bradick. He is also survived by one Grandson; two Great-Grandchildren.
