As we bid adieu to Douglas' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Douglas has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; and his children, Roxanne, Leanne and Chad (Erin). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 grandson in law, 1 great grandson, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, his mother in law, 7 brothers in law, 4 sisters in law, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and countless friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the BIG River & District Community Center.
