He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Ulmer and Verna Ulmer; and his brothers, Dennis and Dale Ulmer. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Ulmer; his son Harley Ulmer (Erin); his grandchildren, Aiden, Anna and Adam; his daughter Mikki Ulmer-Lutudromu (Peni); his grandchildren, Makayla, Kaileah and Jonah; his son Devin Ulmer (Michelle); his grandchildren, Stevie, Scottie, Ariana and Ryan; and his siblings, Debbie Wisniewski, David Ulmer and Bethune. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.
