Betty Jean Thompson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2020, at the age of 82, Betty Jean Thompson (Bengough, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hedley Giblett and Florence Giblett; her parents-in-law, Howard and Hazel Thompson; her daughter Donna Hicks; her grandson Christopher Thompson; her brother William "Bill" Giblett; and her parents-in-law, Gordon Bruce (Elva) and Viola Forseth (Mervin).

She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Thompson of Bengough; her daughters, Brenda Kaytor (Dean) of Regina and Joy Snelling (Chris) of Bengough; her grandchildren, Shaun Snelling (Abby), Amber Verhaeghe (Chris), Natasha Hicks (Gabe) and Lanna Hicks; her great grandchildren, Mason, Emmett and Harper; her brother Robert "Bob" Giblett (Cheryl); and her sister-in-law Joyce Giblett. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, relatives and special friends.

Donations in memory of Betty may be made to the Bengough Regional Park.
