He was predeceased by: his daughter Elaine; his parents, John Leasak and Sophie Leasak; and his brother Victor Leasak. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Victoria Leasak of Lacombe, AB, John Kyle Leasak (Sheri) of Lloydminster, AB and William Quinn Leasak (Shelley) of Cochrane, AB.; his grandchildren, Taylor Quirk, Jared Quirk, Torrie Quirk, Branden Leasak, Haley Curtis (Zachary), Shalynn Leasak and Kailey Leasak; his siblings, Irene, Harry (Janice), Elizabeth (Rick) and Barbara (Gilbert); and his friend Bill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
