He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Widerholm; his grandparents, Micheal and Minnie Gallivan; his uncles, Howard Gallivan, Tom Gallivan and Wilbert Gallivan; his aunt Marguarite Gallivan; and his cousins, Ruby Hastings, Bernice Adie, Balfor Gallivan and Pat Parr.
He is survived by: his cousins, Les Gallivan (Wanda), Nesta Becker (Myron), Barry Gallivan (Debrah), Kathy Gallivan, Carmen Gallivan (Donna) and Linda Bondli (Alf).
