He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shurniak and Annie Shurniak; his siblings, Walter, Rosalie and Pauline Ealey (Lena); his brother-in-law George Ealey; his nephew Cameron Ealey; his great-nephew Ron Collins; his brothers, Antony Shurniak (Tony) and Stanley Shurnaik (Stan); his sister-in-law Mary Shurnaik; his niece Betty Shurnaik; his nephew Al Biletsky; his sister Helen Boland; his brother-in-law Henry Boland; his nephew Harvey Boland; his great-nephew Paul Lockyer; his brother Joseph Shurniak (Joe); his sister-in-law Anne Shurniak; and his brother Edward Shurniak (Ed).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Janet Shurniak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
