He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Mayes and Rose Mayes; and his brother Lawrence Mayes. He is survived by: his wife Laureen Brezinski; his sister-in-law Carol Mayes; his niece Rayna Cardinal (Brandon); and his nephew Landon Mayes.
