He is survived by: his wife Janet Bochek; his daughter Amber Bochek (Steve); his grandchildren, Jackson and Aria; his sons, Jason Bochek (Dee) and John Martin; his grandchild Brooke; his son James Martin (Kelly); his grandson Quade; and his siblings, Bob Bochek (Betty), Anne Hackney and Tom Bochek (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
