He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holt and Helen Holt; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Lingelbach, Robert Fleury and Peter Fleury.

He is survived by: his wife Vicky (Fleury); his children, Darlene Carnduff (Murray), Derek Millions (Suzanne), Angie Rostad (Donald), Michael Carnduff (Viktoria), Jennifer Cobham (Kevin), Clayton Millions (Lacey), Kip Holt (Annette), Peyton Holt, Whitney Holt, Brett Annetts (Ruthie), Karla Haygarth (Murray), Sheridan Haygarth (Lindsay), Brody Haygarth (Jess Matte), Dylan Haygarth, Morgan Haygarth, Todd Holt (Kristen), Taysen Holt (Hayley), Kaelan Holt, Justin Ferguson and Brooklyn Ferguson; and his sister Bonnie Widenmaier (Gerald). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
