He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Malakoff and Mary Malakoff; and his siblings, Steve and Judy Wall. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte (Real) and Terry (Maria); his grandchildren, Landon (Le Anza), Hailee, Matthew, Tyler, Trinity and Alexander; his sisters, Marilyn Ludba and Ann Honch; and his wife Carolyn Kozak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
