She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Dennis; her children, Sue' (Mike Everett) of April, Dawn (James Wilson), Zach and Maciah (Andrew Berard); her parents, James Oates and Wilma Oates; her siblings, John (Cathy), Patty (Doug Hickman) and Rob (Lori); and her grandchildren, Alexandra, Jacob, Alivia, Ava and Amelia.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Hospice of Windsor or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
