He is survived by: his wife Helen Zalobka (Dlugokecki); his grandchildren, Kyle Appleby (Janet), Kevin Appleby (Diane Bogias) and Katherine Appleby (David Wilson); his great grandchildren, Brooklynne Appleby (Jason Holden) and Dayton Appleby; his great great grandchild Starla Appleby Holden; his sister-in-law Julie Dlugokecki; his nieces and nephews, Sigmund Zalobka (Teresa) and Cathy Weiler (Bill); his cousin Peter Zalobka; his sister-in-law Anne Dlugokecki; his son-in-law Allen; and his grandson Ken.
