He was predeceased by: his parents, Aukje Idsinga and Leo Idsinga; and his siblings, Bill, George, Peter, Sylvia and Betty.

He is survived by: his wife Judi; his son Mike (Sue); his granddaughter Rebekah; and his sisters, Helen, Corrie, Sandra and Hattie.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service will be held.
