She was predeceased by: her husband Mohammad Ali Fazel; her son Corey Koorosh Fazel; and her siblings, Djavad Zamanzadeh, Said Zamanzadeh and Zohreh Zamanzadeh.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Fazel (Guy Veillet); her daughter-in-law Shideh Davallou Fazel; and her grandchildren, Shawn and Roxana.
