He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Charles Osborne and Sarah Masie Bobbitt; his son Scott; and his siblings, Theodore, Angus and Alma.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Fequet Osborne; his children, Merle (Rowena), Bonnie (Greg) and Jolene (Andy); his grandchildren, Sabrina (Dave), Vanessa, Krista (Mathieu), Benoit (Charlotte) and Josiah; his great grandchildren, Mason, Logan and Lucas; and his sister Myrtle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws as well as many other relatives and friends.
