She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Spalding and Betty Spalding. She is survived by: her husband Alan Sample; her sons, Jason Roy and Christopher Alan (Andrea); and her sister Nancy Spalding (late Ernie Hodge). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and her many friends.
