He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Young Evans; his parents, Norman Evans and Frances Evans; his father-in-law Leonard (Laura Young); his brothers, Art Evans (Jean) and Eric; and his brother-in-law John Knight.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Evans (Debbie), Gordon Evans (Caroline Aubin) and Linda Conway (Peter); his grandchildren, Anthony, Justine, Emilie Evans, Alyssa and Rachel Conway; his sisters, Norma Knight and Ruth MacFarlane (Peter); and his children, Janice, Bob, Jack, Steve and Jim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
