He is survived by: his wife Lina Fortinelli; his sons, Matthew and Kevin; and his siblings, Paul (Patricia), Brian (Kim), Andrea (Steve) and Kenneth (Valerie). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
