He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram James Shepherd and Christina Pettigrew Tulloch Donald. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Donna-Lynn (Andrew Hopkins) and Nancy (Glenn Buck); his grandchildren, Jared, Christopher, Sarah, Chad, Jonathan, Rachel and Emma; and his siblings, Isabel, Lester, Paul, Sue and John. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
