He was predeceased by: his sister Ethel Bliss. He is survived by: his wife Betty Major; his daughters, Lisa (Warren Mackey) and Bonnie (Clint Rowsell); his grandchildren, Samantha, Amanda, Ryan, Travis and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Elena and Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other close relatives, and friends.
