Marilyn (Mousseau) Amyotte Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn (Mousseau) Amyotte (Shawville, Québec), born in Campbell's Bay, Québec, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mousseau and Annie Turgeon; her husband Rolland H. Amyotte; her son Patrick (Donna Vinters); and her siblings, Anna Mae, Laurette, Florence, Marcella, Inez, Simon, Henry and Hilliard.

She is survived by: her children, Joanne (late Terry Hearty), Linda (late Bill Angus), Juliette (Lloyd Lance), Alain (Karen Cummings), Maggie (Ricky Crawford), Cathy (late G. C. Meilleur), Dan (Lynn Dempsey), Melvin (late Debbie Smith) and Junior (Lori Kensley); her brother Elsworth Leo Mousseau; and her siblings-in-law, Rhéal, Laurette, Lisette, Yvette, Lucille, Cécile, Carole and Danielle. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Bouffe Pontiac and St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.
