He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemence Miller and Vera Sparling. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kluke; his children, Melissa (Nick Slack) and Wade; his grandchild Oakley Slack; his sisters, Phyllis (Gerald), Sandra and Laurie (John); and his uncle Gilbert Sparling. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
