He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Tanner and Emma Fierobin. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Bell; his children, Lawrence (Anne), Jeffrey (Mavis), Janet (Luc), Tiger (Chantal) and Kelly; and his sisters, Freda (Elbourne Bean) and Ola (late Roderick Telford). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Donations to the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
