He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Landriault; his children, David of Portland, Oregon and Kristoffer of Victoria, B. C; his stepchildren, Wendy LaForce (Brent), Mark Landriault (Tania), Carol Ann Koski (Lauri), Cathy Melcher and Steven Landriault; his siblings, Gord (Anna), Ellen (Nick), Betty and Dalton (Deb); and his pets, Jojo and Chester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In memory of Jack, donations to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation ICU would be appreciated.
