She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edna Waye and Lloyd Waye; her children, Lloyd Waye, Silvia Hallam (Brian), David Waye, Nancy Waye, Judith Cormier (George), John Waye, Forman Waye (Cheryl) and Karen Moss (Terrance); her husband John Mulligan; her children, Kevin, Shawna and Kathleen; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Laura, Bradley (Shawna), Shane (Kevin) and Savanah (Kathleen). She was also cherished by caretaker of her family.
