He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolphus Patenaude and Annie Patenaude; his daughter Pauline Desjarlais; and his siblings, Laurence Patenaude and Isabelle Smallface (Patenaude).
He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Darryl Bugle, Jason Bugle, Warren Lightening-Patenaude, Lorraine Desjarlais, Amanda Geletyk and Sonja Sundown; and his siblings, Richard Patenaude, Raymond Patenaude, Nielson Patenaude, Lloyd Patenaude, Edna LaRose (Patenaude), Dorothy Jackson (Patenaude) and Yvonne Patenaude. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
