She was predeceased by: her parent Duncan Campbell of New Waterford. She is survived by: her parent Dick Campbell of New Waterford; her brother Jerome (Tina) of Sydney; her nieces, Jenet Campbell of Halifax and Janelle Osborne (Jeff) of Sydney; her nephew Logan; and also Nora Campbell (Miller) of New Waterford.

Noreen was no lover of flowers so in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SPCA Cape Breton or Arthritis Society of Canada.
