He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Rosa Napoli and Domenico Antonio Mazzone; and his siblings, Annunziata, Angela, Giuseppe, Nicodemo and Pasquale.

He is survived by: his wife Assunta Giarrusso; his children, Rosemary (Enzo), Domenico and Dino (Rina); his grandchildren, Jordan, Tatyana and Luca; and his siblings, Caterina (Vincenzo), Carmelina (Vincenzo) and Cosimo (Francesca). He is also survived by many brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews, many relatives and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Santa Cabrini Foundation.
