She was predeceased by: her husband John Sobczak. She is survived by: her son Stefan (Kimberley-Anne); her granddaughters, Victoria-Anne and Jasmine; and her brothers, Piotr and Mariusz. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

I loved her free spirit, energy and loving heart. I will miss her beautiful smile and her delicious cheese cakes.
