She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Deere and Mabel Deere (Phillips); and her siblings, Bruce (Wanda) and Rhona. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, George, Peter, Lisa, Rhonda, Shaylyn, Shari, Fawn and Laura. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
